一、 Core Structure and Process

1. Modular design

Coagulation tank: The coagulant is fully reacted with the raw water through a mixer to form alum flowers, which are not affected by fluctuations in water volume.

Sedimentation chamber: Adopting inclined tube sedimentation technology, sludge is discharged into the sludge hopper to achieve solid-liquid separation.

Filter tank: dual layer filter material of quartz sand and anthracite, with a filtration rate of 10m/h and a backwash cycle of 12 hours.

2. Seven purification system

For high turbidity water sources, integrated technologies such as trapezoidal inclined plate sedimentation, composite filter layer (filter size 8-12m ³/h), and dual disinfection (UV+sodium hypochlorite) can reduce 1500NTU of raw water to 0.5NTU.
