无阀过滤器是一种基于虹吸原理实现全自动运行的水处理设备,主要用于去除水中的悬浮物、胶体等杂质。其核心特点是通过水力作用自动完成过滤和反冲洗过程,无需传统阀门控制或外部动力干预。

一、工作原理

.‌过滤阶段‌:原水通过进水分配装置均匀分布到滤料层(如石英砂、无烟煤),自上而下过滤后,清水进入集水室并通过连通管储存于冲洗水箱。

.‌反冲洗触发‌:随着滤层杂质积累,阻力增大导致虹吸上升管水位上升至辅助管口时,触发虹吸效应,冲洗水箱的水反向冲洗滤料,杂质经虹吸管排出。

.‌恢复过滤‌:水位降至虹吸破坏口时,空气进入管道终止虹吸,系统自动恢复过滤状态。

Valveless filter is a water treatment equipment that operates fully automatically based on the siphon principle, mainly used to remove suspended solids, colloids and other impurities in water. Its core feature is to automatically complete the filtration and backwashing process through hydraulic action, without the need for traditional valve control or external power intervention.

1、 Working principle

Filtering stage: The raw water is evenly distributed to the filter layer (such as quartz sand and anthracite) through the inlet distribution device. After filtering from top to bottom, the clean water enters the collection chamber and is stored in the flushing water tank through a connecting pipe.

Backwash trigger: With the accumulation of impurities in the filter layer, the resistance increases, causing the water level in the siphon rising pipe to rise to the auxiliary pipe opening, triggering the siphon effect. The water in the flushing tank backwashs the filter material in reverse, and the impurities are discharged through the siphon.

Restoration of filtration: When the water level drops to the siphon failure port, air enters the pipeline to terminate the siphon, and the system automatically restores the filtration state.
